Change color when clicking in palette of color picker

What issue are you having?

The Color Picker works great and has some great features.
However I noticed selecting a color in the color palette/spectrum only work on touch/drag not on click.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to move the handle and select and color with mouse event, when clicking inside the palette/spectrum.
Currently the color only change on selection via touch event or when starting dragging the handle, but not on click event anywhere in the color palette via mouse click event.
