I found there is a AVMixer in the project, Can it be used to mix two audio input(for instance, iPhone's mic or a line-in audio source from lightning port and a connected bluetooth mic ) when capturing?

No, cannot. AVMixer is wrapper for AVCaptureSession.
I think that AVCaptureSession cannot mix two audio input.
