This is a random error that is caused by an ill posed optimization problem so NLOPT reaches floating point epsilon. This should not cause an error but simply a warning... as it does.
As EP has random elements and is not guaranteed to converge, this error might happen occasionally. Think we should monitor but not sure how to fix this (seed might help)
