Register the app

I am facing an issue, when trying to install the app in shopware ssh server with bin/console app:refresh --activate command but the response is:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to localhost port 7777: Connection refused (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for http://localhost:7777/registration?shop-id=Y3eozL4A4tzZXger&shop-url=http://shopware&timestamp=1629203256

When looking deeper in the Registration controller the header parameter $signature = $request->headers->get('shopware-app-signature'); is returnin null?

I have added the secret tag with a secret string on manifest.xml too?
