Faire une petite interface web avec web.py pour choisir le fichier et le synchroniser automatiquement.

A mon avis, il vaut mieux écrire deux scripts en python:

un qui va 'pomper' les informations de caligula et remplir une base de données
un qui va périodiquement synchroniser la base de données avec caligula

La page web irait directement lire la base de données locale.
