dt.week returns 52 for 2017-01-01

pandas date module will return week 52 for 2017-01-01, see discussion here. This is not necessarily wrong, but should be noted in the documentation.

Fixed this issue, also added links for each author, changed version from 0.1.1 to 0.1.3

However, there is still an issue in building the rtd theme, see here and here for more details

After this issue been dissolved, replace "authors.rst", "index.rst", "conf.py", and "measuring_activity_space.ipynb" from "gps2space_doc_20200918.zip" in WebBKP repository
