Hi!

The flag of Venezuela have 8 stars, the flags/ve.png have seven stars.

Fixed on github and on the binary packages soon.
You can also report this problem on the https://github.com/lipis/flag-icon-css project.
Because flags icons taken from flag-icon-css project.
