Fixed: cron starts every hour instead of every 10 minutes

Cron jobs dont work in fact. No fields updated by cron (every 20 minutes now), but successfully updated by accessing /pingtask (same url set for job backend).

Removed target from cron.yaml, task works now, but it seems job launches a frontend instance, not backend.

Fixed. Forgot to update backends on deploy.
