Hi,
I'm a big fan on Linux workspaces.
Let's say I have 3 FF windows open on workspace number 1, and another 2 FF windows on workspace number 2.

After restoring a saved session all my windows will open on workspace number 1.

Is there are way to make FF open each window on the workspace where it was when I saved the session ?

Hello there,

I was interested in this issue from a more general scope awhile back. I run Ubuntu but use i3 for my window manager; it supports layout saving.
If you combine Tab Session Manager and some other add-on that lets you create a custom pinned page that you can name, maybe you could anchor sessions to different workspaces.

If you decide to try that out, let me know how that works! Haven't found the time to reinvestigate the issue.
