Vivaldi - Open in New Window

Config
Startup: do nothing
Save Button Behavior: save only current window

Attempted Action
select a saved session (window)
open in new window

Result
opens new window
does NOT open saved session

Troubleshooting
installed in Chrome, identical config
works fine open in new window: creates new window and populates with saved session

Notes
Vivaldi is my default browser, would prefer to use Tab Session Manager in Vivaldi if I can get it to work...

Same issue here with tab session manager 6.0 on Vivaldi | 2.11.1811.52 and macOS Version 10.15.4

I investigated it from Vivaldi's end and this extension seems to assume the new window opened has a single tab inside it, but we do not have that in Vivaldi. It would probably be changed to listen to the window being opened instead of having a tab. Either way, we will try to accommodate the polling(?) this extension is doing for the new window.
