Voice Memo Lock Gets Broken When Power is (Dis)connected

Bug description

When sending a voice memo, if you lock the UI to record without holding down the button, your memo will stop recording if the charger is connected or disconnected to a device. I noticed this while using an external battery with a somewhat broken cable that would frequently dis/connect while it was charging my phone.

Steps to reproduce

• Start recording a voice memo
• Slide the memo recording thing to the locked state
• Begin charging your phone

Actual result: Voice memo recording ceases. You have the option to send or delete your partially recorded message
Expected result: The memo should continue to record, since it is locked, until the user decides they are done recording
