Image glitch

Bug description

Sent images don't always appear in the chat, I've started noticing this maybe a year ago, that when I send them, I still see the description of the image I've added when sending it, but to really see it I have to close the chat and then enter it again.

Steps to reproduce

• send the image into the chat
• not sure what else
