Bug description

Sent a WEBM video to another Signal user, the video is displayed in my chat properly, it plays well with sound as well. My friend, however, can only see that I've sent him the video, but can't play it. I'm using Android and he's using iOS. I've attached a screenshot of what he sees in his chat.
