The attachment button doesn't work properly in Bubbles

Bug description

When a conversation is bubbled and the keyboard is visible, using the plus button to add an attachment doesn't work properly

Steps to reproduce

• Get a conversation to show in an Android Bubble.
• Make sure the keyboard is visible
• Press the plus button

Actual result:

• The window increases in height slightly but cuts off most of the attachment section

Expected result:

• The window should show the full attachment section, like what happens if I hide the keyboard first.

Additional notes:

It works properly and displays fully if I collapse the keyboard before pressing the plus button.
