Bug description

Message with pasted image + text caption fails to resend although text only messages send when back on network.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be offline.
2. Take a screenshot of a small area of screen using any program.
3. Paste image into Signal and type in a caption.
4. Send.. it will fail.. obviously not on network.
   Also send a message (while offline) that is text only.
5. Get back on a network later.
6. Attempt to resend message with pasted image + caption --> it will fail.
7. Re-send the second text only message that also previously failed to send while offline --> it will succeed.

Actual result:
Does not send pasted image.

Expected result:
Expect re-send to work like text only resend does.
