Documents located in Media and duplicated

Bug Description
The documents of the whole month of May are duplicated in the Media tab and the Documents tab, the documents are also misplaced among the other months.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View recent media.
2. Go to the Documents tab.
3. Go back to the Media tab, the Document of May are showing there.
4. Go to the Documents tab again.
5. Go back to the Media tab again

Actual Result:

1. The Documents of May are duplicated in the Media tab.
2. The Documents of May are also duplicated in the Documents media and placed after July and before June.
3. Repeat steps 2 and 3, the Documents of May are duplicated and so on.

Expected Result:

1. The Documents shouldn't be displayed in the Media tab.
2. They shouldn't be duplicated with the steps 2 and 3.
