It looks like your computer is having trouble connecting to the Signal service at all—you can't do anything, it seems! Sorry about that.

Could you help us figure out what's going wrong with your PC/network here? Some ideas:

  1. Are you using a VPN?
  2. Are you behind a firewall or network filter, possibly set up by your job?
  3. Are you able to use Signal on your mobile device on the same network?
  4. Could you try updating to the latest version of Signal Desktop?
  5. Have you ever been able to use Signal Desktop? Did it stop working on the same day as some other change in your network or system?
  6. Are you having this problem with any other applications?

It looks like your computer is having trouble connecting to the Signal service at all—you can't do anything, it seems! Sorry about that.

Could you help us figure out what's going wrong with your PC/network here? Some ideas:

1. Are you using a VPN?

No.

2. Are you behind a firewall or network filter, possibly set up by your job?

No.

3. Are you able to use Signal on your mobile device on the same network?

yes

4. Could you try [updating to the latest version](https://signal.org/download/) of Signal Desktop?

Yes and it fixed. Thank you very much!
Strange... Why it do not update automatically?
I am using for a long time ago, this is the first time that it happens.

5. Have you ever been able to use Signal Desktop? Did it stop working on the same day as some other change in your network or system?

I am using for at least half year.

6. Are you having this problem with any other applications?

no.

As i Told, on my answer #4 it fixed after i update the signal app. Ty very much for the help!!!

Glad it helped!

Why it do not update automatically?

This is probably because we couldn't connect to the server to update, so we couldn't do anything automatically.
