Bug Description

Unable to search for emoji (eg 😂 ) in message history search bar

Steps to Reproduce

Cut and paste 😂 into message history search bar

Actual Result:
Nothing found

Expected Result:
Should return all messages with 😂 (cause I need to track who is laughing at my jokes you know)

Signal Version:
5.62 production

Operating System:
Ubuntu 22.04
