when searhcing for a message i can't copy the text of the message once found

• I have searched searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

The text is not selectable when in search result mode nor is the "more options" button available. I can select, delete and forward but not copy to clipboard.

Hm, I'm not immediately able to reproduce this. Is it just the messages in the main chat messages view? Are there other parts of the app that become unclickable? Does it remain that way forever? If you switch windows and come back to signal does it remain unclickable?

If you search on the lest side (in all chats I guess) the option to copy is missing and selecting text us not possible either. It's not an unclickable issue, but an option missing issue and an issue. I jump into selection mode whatever I try.
