github has this great todo list feature, it's called "issues" just sayin. :-p

Also, there is no bulk-add-issues button

We use issues to TextSecure iOS and find it a good way to ensure collaboration

Laziness would be the case for one dev, but for a few a list like this is not so useful

We have two devs...I dont see a big problem here.

Ok up to you obviously, it is helpful even for two devs and it seems your second dev prefers them

If you use issues I can actually see and comment when away from vi (they are emailed and you can reply by email), and it organizes conversation

Also we've been getting PRs and issues so its safe to say others are interested in contributing.
