Registry Mirror : add options to the deploy wrapper script

Opening this per our recent internal discussion. @sigsteve

We need to add some options for people who want to get their system up to a variety of "levels". The "--full" option deploys the nodes and then deploys CaaSP, but we might also want to add options that are friendly to air-gapped environments or even bandwidth restricted.

Perhaps a "--create-registry-mirror" to include an automated deployment of a registry-mirror.

We have added the option to define a custom registries.conf for cri-o, deploy a ca-cert to all caasp nodes and modify etc/hosts if needed - in order to deploy images from a mirror. Please check the ./air-gap.d directory for more information.
