This repository includes MATLAB scripts and RCE data to reproduce the figures in the article.

The Circle model folder includes the mathematical model in a general easy-to-use version.

The Data RCE folder includes each of the eight simulations in the article (only on Zenodo).

The rest of the folders include the original files that can be used to reproduce the figures.
