Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem I have is that I already have existing notes with ever-updating content in them that I want to copy and then paste to a new note. I then update the content over time. For me this is a 'Todo' task, a 'Weekly goals' task, and multiple status reports. I want to copy the report to a new one that is named with the date, and then update it over time. This allows me to keep a historical record of my content.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like templater to be able to copy over existing notes. I think this would complement the 'create_new' feature well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe create_new can have a copy element? Seems more logical to have it as its own function.
