There was a bug (FTLS-40) where ttfsubset was inadvertently adding coverage table structures to subtables that didn't have such. This was fixed by adding conditional tests to Ttopen::subset_context and GSUB::subset_subtable.

The same problem may occur in GPOS table construction -- need to review the code to confirm.
