Silverstripe's commercial search service present a great opportunity to improve the CMS for integrating a CMS application with a search provider (like Silverstripe's commercial search service). We want to implement a flexible and extensible search service UI within the CMS. This interface should enable integration with Silverstripe’s commercially preferred search engines and services, allowing users to self-service all search needs for their application's integration in a way that doesn’t require a specific predetermined search provider or a high-level of technical specialty.

Big User Story:
As a content manager, I want a versatile search service UI that enables me to manage my application’s integration with its search provider, so that I can configure, troubleshoot and report on my application’s search behaviour.

Success Measurement:
Reduction in the setup time required to establish or change the search-indexed content, its search provider integration, and useful reports on search vitals.
