Subsites dropdown doesn't refresh when switching between CMS sections #84

The subsites selector dropdown changes depending on the section you're in, but only if you do a complete refresh. Switching between sections only reloads the content panel, but the CMS menu inc. subsites selector dropdown doesn't change.

Suggested fix is to update the dropdown asynchronously when switching between sections.
