A ventilation function

A ventilation function only at night would be desirable.

If the temperature and humidity outside is below or equal to the temperature inside, move the shutters to position x.

At the moment I'm doing this via the window sensor and a data point created especially for it because I just don't feel like opening the window until late at night when it has cooled down.
