After manually reading the RSS file, this is what I found:

My RSS reader shows error:
Invalid XML was received
Details: "The following tags are not closed: rss, channel. / / Line: 0 / ")

At present I'm using this alternative that also provide a RSS https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-change-tiles

If you know others, please tell

amadvance, thanks for link. But this RSS not working at my RSS-client:
Invalid XML received error. Link to non-defined object "diams" at line 9.

Same thing for me: the RSS is invalid for Thunderbird Reader, the flux is not valid because it contains diams HTML entities, see this example.

I use the Firefox extension "Feedbro" and https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-change-tiles is working.

I use the e-mail client TheBat, which, in addition to mail, also reads RSS channels, this is very convenient. In this client, you can immediately see the changes that users make on the map in a particular area.
Unfortunately, this mail client gives errors on services whodidit and neis-one.org/osm-change-tiles.
