I'm thinking of migrating my bearblog notes for tiddlyhost. Some software differentiate the types of plan, by type of support. Free plans offer email only, paid plans offer 24/7 support.

This is not a feature or issue request. Tiddlyhost plans are different in terms of support if I want to using tiddlyhost e not bearblog now? Is there any difference in support for each of the plans you offer?

Thanks for the suggestion. Support is provided at a "best effort" level, but I think it's reasonable to say that subscribers will receive higher priority that non-subscribers, which is something that could be mentioned on the pricing page.
