If there's no lat/lng/position fields when the enricher adds FlightAware details consider using position from FlightAware API

The radio may not yet have got the position or may never get it, but once there's a callsign and FlightAware API has been called, we could back fill the position information from there... this would then get overwritten with data from the radio should it come along later.
