json1 SQLite module is missing #16

The json1 module is missing from SQLite, which means useful functions like json_object() don't work.

I don't know if it's feasible to fix this.

Oh wow I just tried installing pysqlite3-binary from https://github.com/coleifer/pysqlite3/ and it totally worked! Gave me a recent version of SQLite too!
