There's a bunch of stuff to go out, mostly related to the various action menus: 1.0a12...9cc6f19

• Tables starting with an underscore should be treated as hidden #2104
• New action button displayed too close to metadata #2286
• /fixtures/-/explain is broken on latest.datasette.io #2293
• view_actions() hook, to avoid showing table actions on view pages that don't work #2297
• Homepage actions button on / index page #2298
• row_actions() plugin hook #2299
• Add more group headers to the plugin hooks page #2300
• Refactor row/table/view/query/database/homepage action menus to use same HTML #2301
• Add a bit of a gradient to the header and maybe the footer #2302

Since there's a design change in here I should re-run the https://github.com/simonw/datasette-screenshots repo once this has shipped.

That's actually a bit tricky as it takes shots of a bunch of different instances that I would need to re-deploy first: https://github.com/simonw/datasette-screenshots/blob/main/shots.yml
