Tokens expire before upload is complete

Long-running uploads fail after several hours because the STS token authenticating the session expires (I'm going to run it again and try to get the specific error message for you).

Increased timeout from 50000 ms default to 1000000 ms.

I have 30-50 gig files I'm putting up, I expect some of these transfers to be multi-day processes -- I can do this on S3 with s3ctl and the desktop clients, I assume they're getting new credentials for each individual part uploaded as opposed to once for the entire archive.
