Add a simple button to go back to "All Websites" view

From the account settings page, clicking on the Simple Analytics logo takes you to the "All Websites" page, which shows you all the websites connected. Once you click on one of those sites, you can navigate between each site with the dropdown bar, but there's no way to return to the overview page showing all the sites(unless you navigate back through account settings)
