Description

" Disable hostname lookups" is greyed out if you have Settings.php read only. This is a database based option and shouldn't be tied to the restrictions of the readonly Settings.php

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make Settings.php read only
  2. Visit ACP > Maintenance > Server Settings > General

Environment (complete as necessary)

  • Version/Git revision: de9946f
  • Database Type: N/A
  • Database Version: N/A
  • PHP Version: 8.2

Additional information/references

I swear there was another issue/PR related to this that fixed this in the past.
