Scrolling through chat is very laggy jittery .add media picker gallery on clicking pin icon.

Current Behavior

Scrolling behavior on individual chat is highly laggy on Android. Using Android 14 . overall app feels laggy and jittery in some places and animations aren't smooth

Expected Behavior

Its expected that this app is new and still developing but it's wonderful that So many features related to privacy ,security and anonymous communication are implemented already , app is really good , but suggestions would be to refine the app and make it look polished in animations , transition and scrolling . i suggested this app to quite a few people they liked privacy and security side of the app but app feels laggy . features could be added but would be nice to have polished user experience . once again thanks for wonderful app. I would keep testing this app.

Steps To Reproduce

Scrolling from bottom of the chat to upwards and downwards is laggy. Animation's and transitions are not smooth. Please add media picker gallery on pin click

I have exactly the same problem, I noticed that when there are many messages between users on the screen (sent by me and my contact) scrolling is very laggy. When for example "a wall of text" of single messages sent by me or my contact is viewed on the screen app is no longer laggy. The slow/laggy behavior of the app is very noticeable when, for example, the directory bot sends a lot of new messages (see attached video). I can get over it, but my contacts left the app because of that.

I use iOS 17.4, SimpleX 5.6.1
