CI support for pipeline trigger on submodule update #45

It would be nice to run a specific pipeline based on if a submodule was updated. This would allow for native builds upon the update of a submodule.

This is going to be fixed with #47. Every week, it will update a custom branch named sdfx/main in each submodule from each main branch respectively. This in turn will trigger builds for each repository and commit the new binaries to this repository.
