Line 53 in the APL causes fae transfusion to always be cast prior to earthen spike, resulting in what appears to be a ~0.5% DPS decrease if you just change that line to be earthen spike and add another line under it for just FT regardless. Not sure what the proper exact fix should be since it may vary b/w ST and AoE if earthen spike > FT should have highest prio or not.
Expected behavior
At least in ST, earthen spike should always come before FT (maybe only if they line up appropriately? not sure if the conduit that decreases the CD of FT which can put it out of sync would affect prio).
To Reproduce
Sim any NF enh shaman (has to be niya currently since dreamweaver doesn't have field of blossoms yet) and you'll see in the sample actions list that FT is always cast prior to earthen spike.
