There are a number of entries in our phantom-dc queue which have $ADDRESS_STREET ending in undefined, e.g.

"$ADDRESS_STREET": "123 Abc St. undefined"

Probably caused by an issue in canonical-address.js

Is this still an issue? If so I'm willing to take a look. I'm new to the scene but this seems pretty straight forward.
