Change "30 seconds" to "2 minutes" during sending message stage

Users have reported that messages can sometimes take longer than 30 seconds (up to 2 minutes) to send. We should:
a) Investigate whether the longer times are accurate and ensure that there aren't timeouts occuring.
b) Update the warning on the "sending message" screen to indicate an "up to 2 minute" (or more accurate) wait time.
