Wrong Symbolic Name used in DriverUnload #4

In DriverUnload routine:

RtlInitUnicodeString(&usDosDeviceName, L"\Device\MyHypervisorDevice");

should be

RtlInitUnicodeString(&usDosDeviceName, L"\DosDevices\MyHypervisorDevice");
