Add recording support?

Would be nice to have some kind of super-simple recording built-in. Just for when you need to quickly record a bug.

Note: This is not something we plan to do anything soon, if even at all. I'm just opening this issue to start the discussion. This would not make sense before #26.

The intention is not to be a replacement for the built-in screen recording or more powerful recording apps like Kap.

We would add a "Record" button to the initial view, clicking it would bring up a crop selector, when the crop is selected, the recording starts. Pressing the stop button in the menu bar stops it and presents the edit view. We would have no preferences for this at all. That's a slippery slope. We don't intend to turn Gifski into screen recorder.

I have decided not to do this. I think Gifski should stay focused on being a converter.
