Update supported engines to >=16 #157

A recent commit (e9b0d71) removed Node 14 from the list of versions to test against. The minimum supported engine in package.json is still listed as 14. Using Node 14 results in a lot of "unsupported engines" warnings when running npm install.

I plan to soon require Node.js 18.
