@chrismessina I'm gonna report this to Apple, but I need to know what app you used to produce the video file.

OMG... this was in Oct last year. That said, I believe I was attempting to convert this video to attach it to this post to Product Hunt.

I have submitted feedback to Apple about this. Not much more we can do, unfortunately.
