Add readable stream support

Check input with isStream.readable and if it readable stream just return input. What do you think?

It would be extremely convenient in cases like this:

		function getStream(objects) {
			if (_(objects).isArray()) {
				objects = intoStream.object(objects);
			}

			return objects.pipe(serialize());
		}
