I just tried and it works fine for me. Make sure you are on the latest iTerm2 version.

@heychirag right click on the file, from file list view, saves the web page link navigates to instead of raw file content. You must download raw file content from here: https://github.com/sindresorhus/iterm2-snazzy/raw/main/Snazzy.itermcolors
