Restore close-out-of-view-modals feature

With Chrome extension, build status icons (❌, ✅, etc.) in "branches" seems not working on click when close-out-of-view-models feature is enabled.

If this feature is disabled, it works as expected (you can see a popup window around a status icon):

I first saw this problem in a private repo, but I also confirmed in this repo:

Thank you for the report. I saw the bug but didn't know what the issue was

I just pushed a hotfix to disable the feature. Try updating soon, you should see 20.1.14.1820
