Error node:29358 ExperimentalWarning

Hi! Since the last change, Autoprefixer is not running due to this error:

Error: (node:29358) ExperimentalWarning: Readable[Symbol.asyncIterator] is an experimental feature. This feature could change at any time

Been trying to solve it following several different solutions, removing and reinstalling, restoring a time machine backup from the day before the change but cannot solve it.

Node version is v11.6.0 and it's in the required path (/usr/local/bin)

Could you point me to a possible cause / thread / tutorial? Really don't know where to go from this point!
