This about finding a finding a better way to hook into the actual touch bar instance and launch it. Not a user facing change.

One idea I have is to talk to the Touch Bar XPC service directly:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Frameworks/IDEKit.framework/Versions/A/XPCServices/IDETouchBarSimulatorService.xpc
