For example, it says "move your mouse" and such, instead of something like, "scroll using your finger."

Actually, a good one. It's a shame to publish version without touch-UI tutorial.

Ideally this should be included at http://gettext.wesnoth.org as well. There is the preprocessordefine APPLE, maybe the best fix is to add a new one for phone/tablet versions, and to then include a few conditionals in the same tutorial files which are used for the pc version.

Definitely, I'll make the texts translateable.
I'm already using IPHONEOS define in my build, it should do it. Not sure what to do for systems that support both touchscreen and mouse, but that can wait.
